Instruction Sheet for students

1.      The Application form has 30 questions and requires you to provide details of 3 references. Before you proceed to fill the “Application Form” online, we suggest you take a print out and be prepared with all the answers. Click here to take a print out.

2.      After you successfully submit the form online, the system will generate a “confirmation code” for you. Kindly take a note of your confirmation code. Please use this for all future correspondence with FAEA.

3.      You will need to send one latest passport size photograph of yours to FAEA. Please sign and write your Confirmation Code at the back of your passport size photo. On a separate sheet give us your (1) Name, (2) mailing address (3) email address and (4) your confirmation code. Please do not send any documents along with the photograph. Address will be provided to you along with your confirmation code at the end of successful submission of application form.
Please ensure that your photograph reaches FAEA’s office latest by 18th June 2008. Non receipt of your photograph may lead to your application being rejected.

4.      Documents and certificates for verification of information provided will be required at a later stage. Please do not send any certificates now.

5.      Telephonic queries will not be entertained and any attempt to influence, in any manner, will lead to disqualification.
